General Conditions

1. The Company

Swisslimos is a licensed limousine company that owes only vehicles authorized by law for professional transport of passengers. The company employs only qualified Drivers with professional driving license. The vehicles have full liability insurance. Passengers are insured for unlimited medical treatment in case of accident.

2. The Drivers

Our drivers are uniformed (blue marine suite) and speak at least French and English. The driver will present himself at the designated meeting point holding a cardboard with your name. If you do not want your name to be shown, please advise us which name should be used. If you do not see your driver for any reason you are requested to call immediately the following cell phone number +4179 45 66 39.

3. The Vehicles

The vehicle will be clean and as described in the offer of service. If the car has a mini bar the use of the mini bar is free. The company reserves the right to sub-contract a vehicle from another duly licensed company. In this case the vehicle should correspond exactly to the one described in the Company’s offer. The Customer will be responsible for any and all damage to the vehicle caused by himself or his guests. The vehicle will not be used to violate any local, federal, or international laws, regulations or ordinances. It is not permitted to smoke in the vehicle. Alcohol shall not be consumed by anyone who has not attained the age of 18 years as of the date of the rental. The Driver reserves the right to terminate your rental if the terms of the agreement are violated.

4. Itinerary

When a Customer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company travel by route which is, in his opinion, the best and most convenient. In case of transfers and excursions the itinerary is established by the company and is generally the shortest in terms of time and/or distance.

5. “No Show” policy

If a Customer fails to show at the designated pick up location a "No Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip to that location will be charged to that Customer's credit card. If a Customer cannot locate the driver at the designated pick up location and time, he must call immediately the following cell phone number +4179 945 66 39to avoid being charged for a "No Show".

6. Waiting Time

For airport pick-ups a 60 minutes grace period is given after the posted flight arrival time. After this period the company may at its discretion charge the Customer for the additional waiting time at CHF 60.00 per hour.

7. Service Fees

The fees applied for transfers, excursions, and hourly rentals are the ones published on the company’s internet website. These fees are subject to change without prior notice. In all cases the end price is the one agreed by the Company and the Customer at the time of reservation.

Usual out of pocket expenses like tolls, parking fees and taxes are included in the rates. In case of overnight outside the Geneva region an additional charge of CHF 115.00 per night will be added to your bill.

8. Payment conditions

Credit cards may be pre-authorized to hold your reservation but it is not necessary. In any case Customer’s credit card will only be charged after the trip is completed. Payment of the service can be done to the driver at the date of service. The company accepts Visa, American Express and Eurocard/Mastercard. Cash payments in currencies other than Swiss Francs are accepted at the service date’s exchange rate.

All rentals start when the car leaves the garage and finish when the car returns to the garage except for services where fixed rate has been agreed.

The company accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, like bad weather conditions, overcharged trafic, police and/or customs control, neither can it accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car.
